My goal is to help you achieve sustainable weight loss or weight maintenance while ensuring optimal nutrition for overall health.

Behavioral Coaching: Changing habits and behaviors is key to long-term weight management success. My program includes behavioral coaching sessions to help you identify and overcome obstacles, establish healthy routines, and cultivate positive lifestyle habits that support your goals.

Supplement Guidance: In addition to dietary recommendations, I may provide guidance on supplements that support your weight management journey. I believe in a whole-food approach first, but supplements can be beneficial in filling nutritional gaps or supporting specific health needs.

24/7 Support and Monitoring: Bi-weekly follow-up calls will be scheduled. I understand that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is a journey that requires continuous support and monitoring. Throughout the program, I provide ongoing guidance and 24/7 support via text, phone, or email.

Education and Empowerment: My program is not just about giving you a meal plan; it's about empowering you with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about your health. I provide education on topics such as nutrition labels, mindful eating, stress management, and more, so you can take control of your health for life.
